1. Who We Are

Attainable Vision LLC dba Business for Nerds provides business education, coaching, workshops, digital resources, downloadable materials, and related support.

Our related brands and offers may include Business for Nerds, Compassion Reset Quest, Attainable Vision, related funnels, checkout pages, Substack pages, social media pages, and email communications.

2. Age Requirement

Our products and services are intended for adults age 18 and older.

By purchasing, subscribing, registering, or accessing our materials, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Nature of Services

Unless clearly stated otherwise, our products and services are business coaching and education.

They are not therapy, counseling, clinical supervision, legal advice, financial advice, accounting advice, medical advice, or crisis support.

Although Dr. Brie-Anna Willey is a licensed therapist, services provided through Business for Nerds, Compassion Reset Quest, Attainable Vision LLC, related coaching offers, courses, memberships, or digital products are provided as coaching/education, not therapy or mental health treatment.

You remain responsible for your own professional, ethical, legal, financial, clinical, and business decisions.

4. Orders and Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan, subscription, or other billing arrangement is clearly offered at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, Systeme.io, Substack, or other payment platforms.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

5. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless otherwise stated in writing.

A payment plan is an agreement to pay the full purchase price over time.

If a payment fails, access to the product, program, membership, coaching, or digital materials may be paused until the payment issue is resolved.

6. Subscriptions and Memberships

If you purchase a recurring subscription or membership, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing terms shown at checkout.

Recurring subscriptions and memberships continue until canceled according to the cancellation instructions provided for that offer.

Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically refund payments already made.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital, educational, and coaching nature of our products and services, payments are generally non-refundable unless a specific offer states otherwise in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to, digital products, courses, workshops, memberships, downloadable materials, coaching sessions, async support, templates, prompts, and other educational resources.

8. Delivery and Access

Digital products, resources, course materials, workshops, replays, memberships, and coaching materials are typically delivered by email, login access, download link, membership platform, Substack, Systeme.io, or another digital delivery method.

Delivery is made to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for entering a correct and accessible email address.

If you do not receive access after purchase, contact brie@businessfornerds.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to help.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to participate honestly, respectfully, and lawfully.

You are responsible for your own decisions, implementation, results, professional judgment, and use of the information provided.
